Farmora Living is an independent online editorial journal covering urban farming, homesteading and sustainable living. The site is operated from Washington State, United States.
Acceptable use
You’re welcome to read, share and link to our guides. Please do not:
- Copy our articles in full and republish them elsewhere, on or off the web
- Use our content to train machine learning models without our explicit written permission
- Strip our credit or claim our work as your own
- Attempt to compromise the technical security of the site
- Use scraping tools that ignore standard rate limits and robots.txt
Short excerpts with credit and a link back are encouraged. If you’d like to translate a piece, reprint it for a community newsletter, or use a long excerpt in a book or magazine, just write to us and ask.

All written content, illustrations, audio and photographs on this site are the property of Farmora Living or its contributors, unless explicitly credited otherwise. Stock photographs are licensed from Pexels and Unsplash under their respective free-use licenses.
Accuracy
We make a genuine effort to keep our guides accurate. Articles often get revisited months or years after publication when something has changed. If you find an error, please tell us and we’ll fix it.

Newsletter and account terms
